We are not only proud but excited to offer kids the opportunity to come and check out what all the fuss is about! Our dedicated group of DLA volunteers will be running an Introduction Session to get to know the basic skills of lacrosse.

We will be following all safety protocols; as outlined on our home page, to ensure all COVID 19 guidelines are followed for coaches, players and volunteers. Please drop and go, as spectators are not allowed, this will ensure we are adhering to all safety guidelines. You are welcome to watch from the warmth of your vehicles!
Please come with a helmet, gloves and stick. If you don't have a stick, we will have some available to use for the session.
